I "deleted" prefs to confirm...
Toolbar (buttons):
no text
missing icons of some non-defaults
reorder graphically only works until quit (using prefs works)
Sidebar:
copy works only with right click or doesn't work at all
Shortcuts:
I set Help to ⌥/ and see ⌥D on menu/popup. This is ⌥D btw: ∂
After resetting prefs, I just dragged a new button on toolbar and changed help shortcut; on PB quit I TOTALLY LOST MY KEYBOARD: had to run/quit PB again (closing window to quit… menu quit didn't work) to get keyboard back (already had happened 1 time before)
PS: on my keyboard ⌥/ (÷) does not need ⇧ (shift)
