Requirements for the program

Are the following data sufficient to describe "program requirements?" What else do you, dear colleagues, post here?

Minimum requirements for the BABAJAGA Program:
1.6 GHz processor or faster,
Microsoft® Windows® 7.x or Windows 8.x (32-bit versions installed on 32-bit systems, 64-bit versions installed on 64-bit systems),
2 GB RAM,
0.5 GB of available hard disk space,
display and graphics card with 16-bit color depth and 1024 × 768 resolution,
Internet connection for product activation and use of online services available from Babajaga.

Each copy of the Babajaga program, made available to the User, has a unique registration number, the reading of which is reserved for the copyright owner.

Seems reasonable. I might make a couple of changes:

This could be interpreted to mean that it isn't compatible with Windows 10 and 11. I'm guessing that isn't your intention.

display and graphics card with 16-bit color depth and 1024 × 768 resolution,

You might want to say that the graphics are a minimum.
