For those who plant cucumbers, tomatoes and potatoes, this is good, but 18-22 degrees are needed for programming. Last summer was hot (or the year before), the temperature was 33-37 degrees. Now the summer is normal 28-30 degrees, and August is even cooler. We have many friends at work installed air conditioning in the apartment. On a hot day, I douse myself with cold water (in the shower), and for 2 hours I do not feel the heat, while the water evaporates, it takes away the heat. I put a reflective film on the sunny side of the house so that the light does not enter the room. Lighting from LED lamps, because from the street either clouds or the sun change the lighting in the room and it is not convenient to get up to open or close the curtain, it is easier to close and turn on the lamp. And the sun doesn't heat the room.

Honestly yes, that's why children in Italy get 3 months summer break when the french have 2 and the germans only ~ 6 weeks. It's too hot.

But I wouldn't dare to ask anyone to stop programming or even give it up (I would get struck by lightning if I did!)

Nevertheless it's true what mommy said the last +30 years, I should go out more often and work out. Just like you! Right?
