IDE, auto switch form/procedure tabs

In the right side panel, it'd be nice if the IDE would switch between procedures/form when you switch from a form to a source file. (even nicer if "form" just disappeared when not editing a .pbf file since it doesn't do anything when you're editing a regular (pb,pbi) file.
