My question was to see if he'd reply. There's suspicion he's a bot because he never replies.

The suspicion is there but it may simply be a more novice user that does not speak nor write english natively. samxxx's posts follow as a group on related topics and the posts do not seem to be duplicates of other posts. I think, If he isn't a mental disabled, the most probably would be it's a bot (AI?) or something like that.
When someone answer your question, almost ever generate new questions or at least a "thank you" like answer.
The fact all her responses are new threads (not responses) are very very suspicious.
