Review to the post by DK_Peter:

DK_Peter deliveres us a short story about rage, which is not very wel hidden. His short and incisive writing style may be a form of new art, but rather not. The reader is left with many questions, as of why the whole story happened or how it could be resolved.
Eagerly awaiting the sequel, which hopefully sheds some light on the intentions and makes the authors thoughts more understandable. Still worth to read for everyone who is bored by the usual standard posts only containing questions about coding.

If they can do it once - they can do it again. I'm an avid believer in free speech.

What I say is my choice.

Closed my account a month ago.

So, if I wish to support the team and their products it has be in some other way.

I'm not turning this thread into politics.
It was a short and simple request. :-)

I agree, PayPal has overstepped their authority.

Hello my friends,

I do not want conflicts : I appreciate each of you, really !
really !

I do not have the english level to feel the depth of the emotions.

So, in the pure object that DK peter says, I am agree with the DK peter.

I mailed Fred about a problem with PayPal : they wondered me the color of my pants, they have everything about me in information for a null result.

I appreciate PayPal when there is the result we want : a money transaction.

I have an other way to pay Fred, but he did not answer me to confirm if this way is actually okay.

Recall the real goals : to pay an excellent team
and have a licence which is attached to the mail we want.

If I had the time to move and go to my bank and ask the good questions to my bank, it would be okay, but my bank chains the wrong answers near the reality. And I am sure it is a very good bank, so I won't find better technical answers in other banks.

I hope find the time to check if I can pay directly, and I hope keep the money to pay during this right period !!

But please, the team, the excellent team, a little answer (mail) to advance in the better steps would be very cool, if you too, find the time !

And for my two friends here, in this subject. Let's try to keep technical

Yes, I paid Fantaisie Software many times with PayPal, so this is still a technical question to discuss.
It was simple to use PayPal for foreign exchange.
I will try with VISA directly next time.

Providing a "please" and an explanation would have been helpful in my eyes. I had no problems.

For my side, the explanation is that PayPal wanted the passWord and identifyier code of my bank space in France. It is absolutely forbidden, in France firstly, and out of France, secondly (technically unabled to do anything from out of France).

Paypal has absolutely all the infos to execute the money transaction. Really such informations that to clean a musket. Paypal is not a doctor. Paypal is not a hospital. Paypal can do as IBM did to Adolf Hitler, when IBM revenged against its american government of the day (before 1939).

So "please" understand it is not easy to discuss easily...

And, to be right, I just want to forget this society (PayPal)...

What are the alternatives? Paypal is easy and convenient and they don't give you the 3rd degree to set up

I haven't examined all the payment options

Code: Select all

nor have I read their respective user agreement terms
but some of these "could very well" be reasonable alternatives - but as stated I haven't read the agreements from the companies.

They all include most relevant countries. If the team wants to keep Paypal than that's their choice
but there should be alternatives available since paypal has lost my support permanently.

https://www.xe.com/
https://www.transfergo.com
https://wise.com/
https://www.skrill.com

Just to name a few...

I'm not saying they're the right ones but that is something the team must find out.

?

a) Europa, the IBAN

name : not required
family name : not required
birth day : not required
physical address : not required
phone : not required
mail : not required
gender : not required
occupation : not required
bank identifier : forbidden
bank password : absolutely forbidden

client datas required :
1/3) only credit identifier code
2/3) only date limit
3/3) only credit identifier extension

IBAN

b) for world, the SWIFT

+country code required
SWIFT

c) if the mail is the base of the licence, it is also a base to communicate. I do not see problem, if we can interchange, and find human alternatives to update this (I suggest to shut down non-human changes).

d) I recall to Fred, that in France, less than one week ago, a law has been voted to continue to allow the commercial calls...

When we see the insults concerning these phone calls, the highly hateful threats to stop it,
1st : law makers have understood nothing
2nd : personnal file holders have not understood the negative effects.

Each personnal file bug is never forgotten. It is adding since more than 20 years. It never stopped hate, war and crimes. (excepted the hollywoodian symbols).

ie : SNCF has bugged : 1 call every day. Problem : I have 3 alarms 7d/7 24h/24 (hospital, family, work). I have no time for personal files bugs, personal files mistakes, personal files forgots and curiosities. And I am sure I am very far to be the most disturbed by these personal files problems.
