Microsoft SDK constant value lookup

Post by Rinzwind »

Came across this site:

https://www.magnumdb.com

Very helpful if you are not in the mood to look through win32 C header files to look up the definition of a constant or value.

It seems like it can find almost anything win32 related.

ps it supports wildcards.

Hey Rinzwind,
I gave it a brief look , it looks promising. Will try it when i struggle with api next time.
Thanks for sharing.
Just because it worked doesn't mean it works.
PureBasic 6.04 (x86) and <latest stable version and current alpha/beta> (x64) on Windows 11 Home. Now started with Linux (VM: Ubuntu 22.04).

Hello Rinzwind,

I quickly looked at the site and compared some constants declared in PB and others from CommCtrl.h file (Version 1.2 - not from SDK but from Visual studio 2022 - ..\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Community\SDK\ScopeCppSDK\vc15\SDK\include), all values were identical.

This is an interesting site.
Tks
A+
