Turns out the new version of PB I just downloaded/installed is the free version .
How to get PB paid for version ?

Just use the "Login" button in the top right corner of https://www.purebasic.com/.
The english grammar is freeware, you can use it freely - But it's not Open Source, i.e. you can not change it or publish it in altered way.
