Trying to write a simple mirc DLL

As i often use mIRC and as im a bit addicted , i am looking to write some simple dll to test "DLL supports"
I browsed the forum and found a thread about ... sorry if i dont report here the name of this guy :

I was looking for someone with some experience in mIRC dlls using PureBasic ; for example i was looking for a /dll test.dll hello returning a message sending me an "hello" in query. Maybe ridiculous for a beginning but well it vould really help to make my way ...
