Well I finally decided to....

Everything else that doesn't fall into one of the other PB categories.

Ahh, it`s all slowly coming back to me now..
SDS, didn`t they do the MUI and TCP command libs for Blitz Basic all those years ago? allowing me to banish all that nasty gadtools stuff.

quite a few odds and sods we used to do... it was mainly silly little apps/games from us, MUI stuff was something loki loved, then there wasScalos that we took over from stefan somerfield(sp) Our Dave (tinman) did a fair bit on the project. Hehehe, that was something I was supposed to work on and actually ended up not doing a lot with at all. I partly blame my amiga for dying, but in all honesty, I was tooo damn lazy :). I lost interest in programming really... I got fed up with the whole Amiga getting bought and sold bullshit and programming for the PC was something i never enjoyed. I played with Blitz for a while in its PC flavour, but it just wasn't for me :) PB on the otherhand is kind of interesting, dunno whether I'll get bored with this too... I just need something to make programming feel fun again :). I miss the simplicity with the amiga... hell, assembly language was fun on it for gods sake lol... X86 asm on the otherhand is NOT something i enjoy.

hahaha, sorry for this topic going soooooo off topic, feel free to move it if required (obviously directed at a moderator) :)

Hmm, do seem to remember you getting banned a fair bit from IRC, but then I wasn't in that very often. Haven't heard from Gadge since MSD went down the pan, although I think he and Loki were going to try to code it in BlitzPC.

Jurgen Lachmann did far more work on Scalos than I did. Most of the translation into C and all the new features.

I've still got all the crap (including mental scars) I collected during the time in SDS (MSD demo/files/code, TCP library and probably the MUI stuff on my Amiga). Pretty sad but I'm a hoarder :)

PS, Doobrey - gadtools rules! ;p
If you paint your butt blue and glue the hole shut you just themed your ass but lost the functionality.

Lol.. you kept telling me that on the Blitz list, blooming luddite

I`d like to say a big thanks to the SDS guys for the work they put into the Blitz libs, I`m still using them.
