i have not visted any webpages with these images , besides i never use Internet Explorer .
"visual designer" ... thats what i was thinking also

but i dont use it .
its taking screenshots of all the Gadgets ,
however, i don't never use half of them shown in the Pic above .
heres more info :
i use CCleaner about 5-6 times every day clear out junk ,
been noticing .PNG screenshots lists for about 1 year or so ,
it seems its on some kind of a cycle,
i see these .PNG screenshots in CCleaner about every 3 weeks
i tried to solve it a couple of months ago by running the Form Designer a bunch of times
while FireFox was running , even tested same thing with Internet Explorer ,
i could never force it to create these .PNG gadget screenshots
so i was wondering if anyone has seen this before ??
