Does someone know how to edit the standard frequencies set by a video driver ? Like horizontal and vertical refresh, etc... There are utilities that can do that. I write games for casino machines and some monitors work at 15KHz . Since most video-cards can work at 15KHz, I use an external utility to edit frequencies but I wanted to do it by myself.
Thanks for any hint.
To change the refresh of video
depends on the driver, on certain machines / configs you can't change it outside the driver (for example: on mine
regular geforce 4 4800se by asus... can't do it outside the driver)
