Add Replace shortcut CTRL-H

I would like to see CTRL-H shortcut added for Replace (as Windows applications usually have) (see Microsoft Office products for example).

CTRL-F opens Find/Replace dialog box and Replace check box must be checked manually for Replace.

If pressing CTRL-H this same dialog box would appear and this check box would be set automatically.
