I think you have to work with the memory-adress. Just like this:

adr.l = AllocateMemory(Size)

And adr.l gets the adress ...

for functions like ReAlocateMemory() or FreeMemory(), just pass the
pointer you received from AllocateMemory().

(in the above example, that would be 'adr.l' )
