It does matter they are selling you healthy routines..heartbone wrote:Methinks that you actually missed the first video in this thread, and meant the first video in the KOMBUCHA 101 playlist.tj1010 wrote:The lady in the first video is over-weight and has vitamin and mineral deficiencies.
I'm not trained to diagnose deficiencies by sight, I'm more of a neighborhood medicine man who can treat things like pinkeye, herpes, or food poisoning to save expensive trips to the ER. I'll take your word about her condition which has nothing to do with the topic.
Again it seems that you did not watch the first video which should answer that question and those fears.Any proof this stuff does something? It could just as well spike sodium or sugar and cause life-threatening disease, or "bad proteins" "bad fats" "bad carbohydrates".
I totally agree with you. So I'll see you and raise.A little something on diet since we want to talk healthy: Most produce in the world has had nutrition breed out of it and often times genetically altered to potentially cause cancers. These days it's only slightly safer than meat and heavily processed stuff.
I didn't watch much I already know enough about dieting just from researching calories and protiens years back. If you know you're not suppose to exceed 45g of sugar a day you know more than most people it seems..
