Actually, no, the URL above says PureBasic "makes an excellent addition to
PowerBasic" -- which is different to saying it
is an addition (which implies that
PureBasic can't do anything without PowerBasic). Please stick to the facts.
In fact, that URL also states that PureBasic "fill[s] a much needed hole
(built-in gfx & sound support)" in PowerBasic... so does that mean that
PowerBasic has totally crappy gfx and sound support...?

Not a very
good thing for potential PowerBasic users to read...

This URL links to a pathetic "review" (one page in WordPad!) of PureBasic
that states nothing much about it (no examples, comparisons to other Basics,
and so on), except to say that "this Basic is worth a look" -- which is, IMO,
a positive thing actually. Relax. Did you also note that PowerBasic's own
comparison page does NOT include PureBasic? Take a look for yourself:
http://www.powerbasic.com/support/technote/features.asp
Thus, PowerBasic must feel threatened by PureBasic not to compare it.
