helpfile not displaying contents properly

Here's how the PB helpfile looks on my Linux Mint 64 (PB 5.42 LTS x64) ... as you can see it shows Index but not Contents. I'm pretty sure it's been like this for a long time but I typically use the Windows one so I haven't gotten around to reporting this before

I can't reproduce it here, can anybody else confirm ?
