Transparent flag for CanvasGadget

Hello,

Transparent flag for CanvasGadget would be very useful when creating transparent surfaces on the top of other gadgets.
Transparent surfaces allow many advanced UI reactions because of necessary events available.

Same as in SpiderBasic, #PB_Canvas_Transparent flag:

Different creatures based on totally different underlying systems.
