A little, but maybe useful tool for compress bmp files with RLE.
Compress BMP are usable in PureBasic or in windows.
Drop bmp file or click for file selector.
Full purebasic code (PB 5.5) use FREEIMAGE.DLL and Progi's wrapper.
A small zip with 32 bits exe and DLL (768 ko).
Tested with virus total = 0/53
