noob since years :)

Post by stefff285 »

hello all

such a long time i didn't tested purebasic but now i have a goal: make a intro (64k for a demoscene event) with only some pics, a wobble of picture and a sinus scroll. a friend of our team found me some sources in c++ but i usually 'code' in lua under hollywood mal. so then i'm back :) have a good day, night, morning and tell me good luck :)

Thanks, sources are for DOS but I found some interesting and will play with them sometime.
I guess there is a lot of such cool stuff within demo-scene, which never can be seen in "professionally" produced games.

Also, gl to you ^^

You should consider having a look at the Purebasic section of http://www.dbfinteractive.com/. There are quite a few PB source codes for oldschool demo effects available.

Good luck in the compo!

http://www.purebasic.fr/french/index.php
