How to make popup window in chm

I am working on help file in chm format now. I have all needed project files for MicrosoftHTML Help Workshop: *.htmls, *.hhp, *.hhc and *.hhk. In 2 topics I want to make attractive popups over hipertext (with a word definition). I know that this is made in Java Script. Do you have, Dear Colleagues, ready pattern or idea how to get down?
