Question about bugfix/features/release process

I've been reading these posts and have some questions.

1. Are there sub-releases or fixes for versions? And if so, where is this information?
How do we tell what the latest version is?
In the open source world, there will be a page for such announcements showing bug
fixes and/or enhancements. But I can't figure out how this is shown for PureBasic. Is
there a specific sticky? The news topic doesn't talk about purebasic.

2. Will any new features come to 5.42?

3. Is there any plan for update releases, or just "it will happen when it happens..."

I don't mean to be offensive with such questions...I'm just very curious.
