I think what we need is PureBasic code in Stack Overflow

Post by normeus »

If we had more people posting questions in Stack Overflow, I think we would have a larger comunity.
and we all could use this book:  ( no need to read the PureBasic help )

I know I do it all the time for C++ , PHP , HTML, etc.. :D

I like that designed for true professional programmers book ^^

Also I'm posting sometime Purebasic related stuff on external resources , but it often leaded to flame & flood
Because It is hard for the typical "professional" codemonkey look at something having "basic" in its name, even if it is a pseudo-basic like PB. Just those who like C sometimes liked PB too (though, often saying "it lacks of ARM support", "not an open-source", "no optimizations like GCC does", etc), but most of ppl cannot even just try it to examine any advantages. Well, prejudices and stereotypes are their problem.

I'd actually like to see statistics made only from programmers who have finished projects regarding language market share.. I have a feeling they'd surprise some people..
