Need laser printer problem advise

Hi,

I have two Samsung CLX 3300FN printers with the same problem here in the office. Both having the same problem during print. Best to show a scan:



Problem:
* Magenta and yellow artefacts in print. They look somehow "digital".
* Both devices are affected identical.

What I tried:
* Firmware update
* Print from Windows with original Samsung printer drivers
* Print from Linux (Kubuntu) with original Samsung printer drivers
* Print from other PC's
* I cleaned the OPC Drum with alcohol

Always the same. Any idea? Is it the toner cartridges?

1. Try with another toner or invert the toner of the two machines. If the traces are in the same place, it does not come from them.
2. If same problem, I think there are condensation on the mirror (I don't know where it is). Clean it and make sure the printer is well ventilated.
