German Forum logon Problem

When i try to logon i get "Sie haben die maximal zulässige Zahl von Anmeldeversuchen überschritten. Sie müssen nun zusätzlich zu Ihrem Benutzernamen und Ihrem Passwort den Bestätigungscode von unten stehendem Bild eingeben.".
If i solve the picture match i get "Thank you". There is no "Bestätigungscode".
But if i try to logon again i get the same message like at the beginning.

Eat your cookies and cache and try again!

I have tryed. As a precaution i tryed also a Firefox (43.03) restart with auto-delete cache and cookies.
That makes no difference.

EDIT:
It looks like it is Firefox. With Opera it works.

Sorry, i have a chat paralell and so i did not notice - i was in the englisch board with Opera.
In the german i have the same problem. So it is not Firefox.

Resend activation e-mail does also not work for me in german forum.
Is there a problem with my account?

My account works here.
On the other hand i have tryed to logon in german board with different browser and different computer.
Who should I contact?
I would like to keep my existing account.
