[PB5.41LTS] Tooltips are transparent in Kubuntu 15.10

Hello!!!!

The tooltips are transparent (almost invisible) in Kubuntu 15.10, even on the PB IDE.

Probably a theme issue. Kubuntu uses KDE as desktop (ie: QT based apps), not GTK so may be they go the theme wrong.
