I'll take a stab at this.

The PureBasic Team would be Fred and any who work with him. Currently that would be freak. There are also others that contribute from time to time on a volunteer basis.

Since PureBasic is Fred's creation he would naturally be the Team Leader.


Quoted text is easy to search for and can be matched up to its author rather easily. If you need more info just Google it.

Sounds fake to me. Fred is the founder and lead coder of PureBasic. If I were you, I'd check with him (PM here from in the forums) to ensure it really was him.

Confusing.

I can understand people wanting to write in their native language on the French or German PB forum. But why would you want to use another English forum? It's inconvenient to have code scattered on different forums.

I can't speak for collectordave, but I'll bet it's because he can upload ZIP files in the 'Snippets' section of that forum and you can't do that in the PureBasic forum.
