When bugs are fixed, are new downloads created?

Everything else that doesn't fall into one of the other PB categories.

No, the fixes are incorporated in the next official release. Only if there is a real show-stopper the download might be replaced (but that only happens in the first couple of hours of a "real" release and is announced).

Though, personally I'd prefer if it would be made clearer. So don't just post "Fixed." but rather something like "Fixed (PB 5.41).". Again, using a proper bug tracker would help tremendously...

I think that adding the base version in which the bug is fixed is a great idea!!
