I have often seen that final releases are re-uploaded without an additional indication. For developers who visit the forums on a regular basis, which is acceptable, but for developers who do not and only rely on the built-in PB update checker, get no information on the re-upload.
It would be nice if the build number is displayed in the download area in addition to the version number. The PB update checker should also check the build number.

Why OpenSource should have a license :: PB-CodeArchiv-Rebirth :: Pleasant-Dark (syntax color scheme) :: RegEx-Engine (compiles RegExes to NFA/DFA)
Manjaro Xfce x64 (Main system) :: Windows 10 Home (VirtualBox) :: Newest PureBasic version

+1
Updating LTS version without any notifications is wrong. There should be either build or minor version number increase. And updater should notify users in both cases.

Re: Build numbers in the download area
I agree: one should never release two different binaries with the same version number.
