It may be a CGI rendering used as a psy-op to discredit the idea that cell phones are dangerous,
but brain modulation by cell phone (and cell tower) emissions is patented technology.
Knowing what I have learned about recent advances in the mind control tech, the manipulation shown in that video certainly seems possible with such a simple nervous system.

thanks heartbone for the links, i have read before a medical research that the cell phone raises the temperature of the brain at the side of the phone. but the main danger is from the telecommunications tower which are transmitting powerful electromagnetic waves which can harm the nearby apartments people. usually telecom companies survive .
