Don't like this game... The penguin reminds me on Tux...
You should be happy! The penguin wants to do it. Unless the penguin was being held captive by Mr. Snowman. If I was being held captive I would much prefer to try to get away then be hit with a giant club. I think the penguin was paid in fish for its deeds.
Anyway...

I do not think the results are random... If I wait longer, it seems the penguin goes lower. I think that the power might be a little random tho...
