The ability to remove projects from IDE

The ability to remove projects from the IDE.

Currently you can create new projects, Open previous projects, Close the projects, and even add and remove files from the projects.

However there is no way to rename or remove Projects from the IDE Without editing PureBasic IDE preference files.

At least the IDE could ask the user whether to remove a project, if you try to open it, but it does not exist anymore.
