Bad Support

Post by kake26 »

Hi all,
Maybe some one can help me. I lost my purebasic download e-mail, the one you get after purchasing it, due to a system error. I have sent multiple requests to the purebasic support about it. Its been like 2 weeks since my first one. I still no have heard back. This is starting to really make me made, because I've been nice about this in my e-mails. I've offered to supply any info they may need to verify I did indeed buy a copy. I haven't heard back from any of them. Now before I go off on more severe measures, I want to know if any of you have suggestions of what I could do. If I have to I will find the most severe measure possible and take it. Thanks in advance.

maybe you can chat with Fred with IRC, here:

Servername: irc.freenode.net
Port: 6667
Channel: purebasic (english)

I'm sure he'll be able to work something out.

you can always join the #purebasic IRC channel on irc.freenode.net and talk to a couple team members there.. they're not always around but you might be able to catch one. if your not familiar with irc you can download the mirc client at http://www.mirc.com/

hope this somehow helps.

heheh, one thing I like about PB is that the developers are always in IRC(although mostly idle, heh).

What address are you mailing to? Very unusual for Fred not to reply for
two weeks...

kake26,

Why don't you use the hardcopy you have made of such an important email?
That's SOO much easier than legal action...
