IDE - a "Stay on top" checkbox for the Debug Output window

I don't always want the Debug Output window on top,
especially on my laptop where the available screen space is limited.
But then, neither do I want it to always disappear behind everything !

I sure miss not having a "Stay on top" checkbox like on the Project Panel.

Again, it's simply a matter of flexibility.
The Preferences Dialog choice is too rigid : we can only
have the Debug Output always visible, or always vanishing.
Something in between would be a welcome addition.
