curing colds and flu

before two years i have found myself the best cure to cold, runny nose and flu.
2 days ago in 5 am i suffered from very strong sneezing, i have tried everything from anti histamine tablets, vitamin C, zinc tablets, no way. only one tablet from St Johns Wort stop the sneezing and runny nose after about 15 minutes
i don't take St Johns Wort every day nor even every week, but i keep it as my secret weapon anti colds, Influenza, and so on.
my other secret weapons are ginger, also the zinc tablets, and of course vitamin C
the most important thing is to take it in occasions and in rare cases else its effect will be smaller with time.
i have discovered the effect of St Johns Wort on the cold and Flu by pure chance on myself, after that i searched the web and yes some people say it kills viruses. i think it enables the brain to support the body for a good condition to fight viruses, it does not kill viruses itself. it is all in the brain.
i removed tonsils long time ago and from that time i can easily be infected by cold. but applying the above methods makes my life easier

believe or not IdeasVacuum that this is when i'm about may be 3 years old and i remember when a surgeon put a piece of clothes over my face and he pour a liquid over it ,then i see all sorts of colors flashing, after that the void. i don't remember anything else from that age.
