[Closed] 1 week - 2-3 jobs

Post by Thade »

Hello PureBasic Coders

Finishing a project ... needing some good coders ... have to do too many marketing and admistrational stuff, so not enough time and quietness to program myself.
So I thought its a good idea to outsource it.
I will pay 1000 € / week + expenses if you consider to stay 1 week here in Upper Austria for coding.
etc...
If you are interested and want to know more, please send a personal Message.

Thanks everybody who sent a message. I found what I was looking for.

This offer is now closed.

Good opportunity for coders looking for a summer job. Too bad I got a job right now.
Started work as a truckdriver here in Norway about a year ago. After I've taken lots of courses and stuff I know make around 1800-1900$ per week :) Not bad for an old coder driving a truck. Of Course, expenses in Norway are a bit higher than elsewhere in Europe.

Expenses, eh? I live in Australia. Will you pay my flight?
I compile using 5.31 (x86) on Win 7 Ultimate (64-bit).

Yes, good for a summer job. The area here is great. High mountains. Warm big lakes. A dream. But work goes first now :)

Too bad ... I thought about People which could come with a Car 300 - 500 km / flight inside Europe / or so ... nice place with Bed and Breakfast next street, etc.

Austria Australia - just an al difference - should not be too far apart

I have 3 weeks vacation/holiday and live near Munich/Germany. My wife just got a new full-time job, so I am just sitting around at home. :)

The thing that disturbs me is that I can't or don't want to take my big Desktop PC and three 27" monitors into the car
to work somewhere outside. An informal meeting in Austria would be no problem, but I usually work from home,
as I have all tools, coding references, book library etc. at home.
I could fulfill the first job only, anyway: "1 Expert for programming a Windows Desktop App (Canvas Html Image Gadgets)",
but that also on MacOSX (and maybe Linux if really required). ;)

You're looking at 2k euro per flight and at least 400 euro a month for rent(and that's a bogan filled apartment building). Not counting utilities, transportation, and food expenses..

If you can get the flight money it's doable, but in the end you're not going to have decent profit to take home. You'd mostly be doing it for portfolio/resume/adventure..

You also have to factor in that they will want fast turn-around, which basically amplifies all the problems I've mentioned..

What are you talking about? Are you sure you are in the right thread and forums?

I'm talking about the one-thousand euro a week job that the thread is based on. Read the original post.

But yeah,,,, it's not like you need a sponsor and travel expenses... Flight are free and there is no such thing as immigration laws(like a pricey filing fee for work permit and the fact two weeks is a one-way econ-class plane ticket on a job with a two-month turn-around).. Details and logic are for internet trolls..

Obviously are you not knowing what your talking about.

No-one needs a Nanny to calcululate flightcosts and all the rubbish you are writing!

Someone lives in the area? He has time for the job? 1000 € a week is ok ? ... Fine ... then he writes a PRIVATE MESSAGE as written in the post.
Otherwise he just doesn't react.

What you do NOT is: write rubbish, make yourself other peoples thoughts and plans and troll in a thread where you obviously have no connection to.
You read the post ... are not interested ... so ok ... just leave and do what is productive for you ... but don't do what is unproductive for others ... and waisting their time ... babbling about flight costs, transportation, food expenses, which is not your business at all.

Who do you think you are? The psycologist of the board? The financial advisor of the world? What has it to do in this thread and with this offer?
Your first post was most useless ... that you insist on discussing your psycological problems shows that you have nothing lost here in my thread.
If you need someone to talk about your financial situation, about your position in the working world, then start your own thread.

Ok?
