Autohide tool panel delay fails

This preference setting:

"Milliseconds delay before hiding the Panel: 0"

No longer works. Instead of an instant hiding of the panel,
because of 0 ms set, it delays about 1 second. In previous
versions of the IDE, it did hide immediately like I wanted.
I compile using 5.31 (x86) on Win 7 Ultimate (64-bit).
"PureBasic won't be object oriented, period" - Fred.
