Web Log Analysis Software

Post by Zach »

I'm wondering if any of you use / are familiar with these kinds of programs.

I have tried many over the years, some free, some demos of pricey products. But the only one that ever really satisfied me was Deep Log Analyzer. Its just so nice looking and a very powerful, database driven program. The interface is really sleek with lots of options and offers real-time interactive browsing of reports; and I don't mean on a shitty looking set of static HTML pages.

Has anyone ever seen a free / inexpensive program that might serve as an alternative? $200 is just too steep a price for me to drop... Although they have a fully functional 25 day free trial, the best I can do is look for ways to circumvent the counter.. maybe a Virtual Machine or Sandbox?

But if anyone knows a free alternative that looks like it can stand up to DLA, I would love to find one. Personally though, I'm not convinced one exists. :(
