CRC16-CCITT Checksum Routine

After talking to the equipment manufacturer I have discovered that they use the implementation that produces the bad CRC as listed at:
http://srecord.sourceforge.net/crc16-ccitt.html#source

So I will have to use their implementation to avoid false positives.
