When a post has been reported (spam etc) change the icon of the report button from a red '!' to something else.

Edit: Also, instead of a drop-down list of report titles and a submit button, use a ListView so that only 1 click is needed to submit a report.

Also, the 'View Active Topics' list could have reported posts greyed-out (automatically when reported, not waiting for a forum administrator).
