Translate Cocoa Massage ProKit.framework

can someone translate this Cocoa message?

As I have read, it allows to use the gray menus and windows as in the Apple Pro Apps..

I think it should be like this

but I don't see anything happen.

The following worked in Snow Leopard and Mavericks...
