no compiler stop on clear errors e.g. syntax errors

Howdy,

the Purebasic compiler get stuck with each severe error e.g. syntax error or on older code when a command has been altered.

My request is to have a flag for a complete list of such clear errors (e.g. syntax or faulty command usage) over the whole list of related files (like C does it).

This could be ease the maintenance of older codewith the change of commands.
