Replace word under cursor when applying auto-completion

Hi,

i would like to have an option to replace the whole word under the cursor when applying a code completion with the TAB key. At the moment, the proposed word will just be inserted and the letters in right of the cursor are being shifted to the right. The behavior would be the same as in Visual Studio 201x.
