[Solved] Again windows 8 problem

Just updated win8.1 and yes, the next sh*t ...
Now my 'win toolbar' is on top of my desktop,
is there someone who knows to put him on the bottom of my desktop.

Can you not just unlock it and then drag it to the bottom?

No, it's not "sh*t". And compared to Windows 8 it even got some nice new features.

Right-click on taskbar -> Properties -> Position of the taskbar -> bottom/left/right/top
