Translates all ;comment & "quoted string" sections from one language to another in the source code.

String sections are editiable --- video shows usage and capabilities

Linux & Mac version comming soon.

it gives an error //clc.exe is not a valid win32 applicaion//, it is may be a broken upload, or may be it runs on windows 7 and not winxp, i have downloaded it twice.
i run it in windows xp 32bit
