When saving editor settings init project.cfg

Hi,

i currently have set up the IDE to save editor related preferences into the project.cfg file (one per folder). Because it is a system file, i set the hidden flag in the file preferences dialog of Windows. Unfortunately, the file appears again after the next change. The reason ist, that first a project.cfg.new file is being created and, after success, the original project.cfg will be deleted and the new file renamed. So the Hidden state setting is lost.

Could you please restore the Hidden flag if it is on the original file?
