Hello Guys,
Sorry for all the posts lately, I appear to have angered the PureBasic gods.
I am new to PureBasic as you can tell by my terrible code and very am enthusiastic to learn the language (more than I usually am with a new language) so that I can make some awesome applications and things that I can share with you guys as that is what I love to do the most.
I am somewhat of a Guru with the web technologies as that is where my background is from so this is a huge difference for me as the language is almost completely different to anything I have seen before but I hope you can understand and am willing to help who ever I can with other languages I am more comfortable in and perhaps one day will even be helping someone that started of just like me.
Thanks for the welcoming and I hope you can accept my apologies as I feel really quite bad now.
Sorry

Re: Sorry
I was only reporting it as a bug as PureBasic seems to handle some things in ways that seem alien to me (where other language equivalents would throw errors/exceptions).
But that being said I will be sure to be extra careful before asking a question to ensure it's not already been asked.
Especially now I am armed with this: http://pbs.0xb.nl (thanks to my friend: Crusiatus Black).

No, you haven't. Trust me. You should see some of the fights
and flames that've occurred in the past. You'll know without any
shadow of a doubt if you've angered someone.

I understand, but that doesn't make them a bug. A real bug is what
point (5) is here: http://www.purebasic.fr/english/viewtop ... f=4&t=4701
And point (4) there is really relevant to newbies such as yourself.
Again, no offense intended with this reply. Just trying to guide you
into the language and mind-set here to save you getting flamed.

I compile using 5.31 (x86) on Win 7 Ultimate (64-bit).

Re: Sorry
May be you should just take some times learning PureBasic and its concepts, then you could have a better idea of what is really missing.

Re: Sorry
Thanks guys, the one thing I have to say is that the more time you spend with PB, the more it begins to make sense.
I do however wish it had http GET/REQUEST functions and json support natively.
