ProGUI V1.38 UI Library (Small Bug Fix)
Re: ProGUI V1.38 UI Library (Small Bug Fix)
You can't build from the source in 5.20 without modification (mostly due to the packer lib changes), that's why I worked on a patch...
Re: ProGUI V1.38 UI Library (Small Bug Fix)
I have fixed the source and it have worked well sinse PB5.11. I can build a lib with activation enabled, if someone is interested.
Both x64 and x86 is working. A short term fix, untill Chris is back

I had spent a lot of time on a UI revolving around progui; but as problems are raised by end users; I need to update/fix.
Unfortunately; it seems that progui has gone the way of most other add on's -- just away, so now I have to start removing it and living with a less exotic/modern interface...

If it sounds simple, you have not grasped the complexity.

Well, that's what I keep on telling for quite a few times. And that's why I'm trying to find a temporary solution. Chris has done a tremendous job on ProGUI, and I doubt he will let it go nowhere...
Re: ProGUI V1.38 UI Library (Small Bug Fix)
New development! (dramatic sound!)
At least one user got a 1.39 version, it is 5.20 ready, so I guess Chris is still out there, working on ProGUI :D

Re: ProGUI V1.38 UI Library (Small Bug Fix)
My point was, someone has fixed the source to work in current versions of pb. if Chris is no longer going to support it; we should share the source.LuCiFeR[SD] wrote:you lot are like a bunch of old washer women sometimes... gossiping about the woman 3 doors down the street with a new man
Re: ProGUI V1.38 UI Library (Small Bug Fix)
Three months is like REALLY short to guess some project has been abandoned... Plus, if you own the sources, you can patch it to 5.20, so no need to go piracy right now.jassing wrote:My point was, someone has fixed the source to work in current versions of pb. if Chris is no longer going to support it; we should share the source.LuCiFeR[SD] wrote:you lot are like a bunch of old washer women sometimes... gossiping about the woman 3 doors down the street with a new man :P

Hello all,
Chris is working with me on a contract project. I see him every day and he still continues work on ProGUI as he can. Please do not discuss circumvention of his security or anything that would affect your licence, or anything that would affect the development of this work. This project is very much alive and Chris is well aware of your posts. This project is being developed and Chris has just been too busy on his contract to post here, but it is being developed with some great additions and Chris is doing what he can. Please respect that.
Thank you.

Thanks for the news, Mat. How long it took to drop these lines? One minute? Two? Don't want to sound rude, but why Chris couldn't do that by himself, I really cannot get it. Anyway, I'm happy about the news and of course I respect Chris' wishes.MrMat wrote:Hello all,

Thanks again and send greetings to Chris!
