Permission to use icons from PB 5.20 (Linux) in my menus

Post by marcoagpinto »

Hello!

I would like to use the icons that appear in PB 5.20 beta in Linux (open, save, quit, about, etc) in the menus of my tool.

Can someone grant me permission and tell me the folder of the images (I admit I haven't looked in the folders).

Who shall I credit in the manual?

Thanks!

Kind regards,
>Marco A.G.Pinto

Do you mean the FamFamFam icons?

Free to use, just link back to the original creator.

Hi marcoagpinto,

I just made temporary uploads for you:
http://bamsagla.de/download/famfamfam_flag_icons.zip
http://bamsagla.de/download/famfamfam_mint_icons.zip
http://bamsagla.de/download/famfamfam_s ... s_v013.zip

Those ones are guaranteed virus free. All copyright goes to www.famfamfam.com. The files will be deleted until the end of August 2013.

@admins: Hope this is ok. If you wish, I'll delete them earlier and remove the links from this posting.

@Bisonte: Great tip! I just downloaded the full set and they're great. I will use them within my actual projects. Thank you very much!

This might have been a temporary occurrence due to malware injection in the past, I don't get the warnings anymore. Neither does Google report this website to be malware infected.

Always get a second opinion (or more), such as:

I compile using 5.31 (x86) on Win 7 Ultimate (64-bit).
