PB IDE: CTRL + Mouse wheel

Got an idea for enhancing PureBasic? New command(s) you'd like to see?

PB IDE: CTRL + Mouse wheel

Post by Ypser »

Hello,

is it possible to change the behavior of the PB Editor on CTRL + Mouse wheel?
I just don't understand what it should be useful for to change the zoom. I don't
want to change it every now and then. I adjust it once and leave it as it is.

It would be so much more useful when it would make the editor scroll one
page up or down instead of changing the font size!

Maybe as an option, if the current behavior has many friends...

Thx for reading.

I totally disagree with this.

I regularly change the text size when working on large procedures of large data sections.

I would not want lose this functionally. Use PgUp + PgDwn to scroll a screen at a time.

Ctrl + mouse wheel to zoom in and out is the default function in 99% of text or code editors. Shouldn't be changed, IMO. Maybe as an option.
